A distinguished retired state & federal law enforcement professional with over 35 years of frontline experience, Charlie brings a rare combination of creative artistry and practical experience to his consulting work. With roots in both theater and cinema, he understands the technical demands of production as well as the importance of authentic storytelling. His ability to bridge vision with execution has made him a trusted partner for filmmakers, theater directors, and media producers seeking credibility and impact.

As the founder of A2V Media, Alex brings a uniquely human-centered approach to filmmaking—focusing on projects that challenge perceptions and ignite dialogue. His latest work, Us vs Them, exemplifies this ethos.
A graduate of Berklee College of Music, Alex launched his career behind the scenes working for Michael Jackson. That experience catalyzed a deep understanding of the power of live and visual storytelling. Over the years, he’s earned an MFA from CalArts and an MBA from Babson College, building a career that fuses creative excellence with strategic insight.

Following several successful projects with Charlie Grady, we at A2V Media were uniquely inspired by people making monumental change in their lives. Charlie's work with the Hang Time organization, and the Hall of Change/Great 8, has opened the door to celebrating people who have come from extremely challenging circumstances to find meaning by helping others. A2V Media took this project on as a way to help shine a light on what one can do if they have the will to make a change.
